The Cuvée Miel is a special version of the Cuvée Armand & Gaston. This geuze is a blend of one-, two-, three- and four-year old lambikken that have been infused with honey on the coolship. While blending, we added some more local honey. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling was more than 24 months. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

Expensive 375ml bottle shared with Ewan @ Admiral Benbow, Shrewsbury. Pours a slightly misty gold, white head. Lovely gueuze, nicely balanced with myriad wild nuances, nice fruity tangents with a light lick of honey on the finish.

Bottle, directly from brewery webshop. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart fruit, some hay, subtle funk. Taste: Fruity citrus and some apple and grape. Oak wood notes, some rural funk and hay, a little honey sweetness. Light to moderate tart, very light sweet and bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation.

Old rating from notes. Very good gueuze blend, made slightly sweeter by the addition of honey. The honey isn't needed but this is very good.

Sour and tart, fruity sweetness. Apricot, honey, rustic earthiness, some barnyard funk. Medium acidity but smooth, a very nice gueuze.

Shared bottle at tasting. Golden orange color wkith medium off-white head. Vinous aroma, light vanilla, honey. Taste is pleasantly moderate sour, vinous, light lemony, apple touch, vanilla, light honey. Nice.

Small bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old rope, sorrel, oak, flowers, bark, minerals, alcohol, leafs, mild vinegar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, overripe sour fruits, oak, grass, old rope, leafs, flowers, mild vinegar, unripe berries, bark, alcohol, leather. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Flaska från 3Fs webbshop. Mörkt gyllenfärgad vätska utan skum. Syrlig och funkig doft. Större, sötare och kanske lite snällare och drickvänligare lambic. Men oj vad gott. Sötsyrliga vinteräpplen, stall, strå, citrus riktigt välavvägd syra. Mycket gott.
