750ml bottle at Sovereign, thanks nimbleprop. Poured a dark, orange color with a medium sized white head. Funky lemon and peppercorn. Light floral, with honey. Acidic notes are subtle and pleasant. Really delicious stuff.

750ml bottle at Sovereign, clear burnt orange with a nice cap of white head. Nose really does have honey coming out, huh, floral, the funk and lemon are lurking but it's not in your face like other bottlings. Flavor has honey comb and dandelion, oak arrives and the oude components hit but the honey really rounds the edges off. Well balanced. Finishes dry, long and without the sharp acidity you might expect. Good vintage. 9 5 9 5 17

Corked bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver; blend n.67 2021, bottled 2021-07-28
Hazy golden colour. The aroma is moderately funky, with possibly some honey note. Aggressive acidity, seems young, but also bold funky notes; it gets a bit more woody and rounder in the finish.
This is an aggressive Lambic for 3 Fonteinen, but also one with strong funky character.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle with a July 28, 2021 bottling date. Aroma is bright with a light fruitiness and medium light notes of honey. Citrus zest, stone fruit and cherry. Light grain notes. Faint herbal, earthy must notes. Pours a bright, burnt orange color with a medium sized, medium thin, slightly tan head that recedes to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light acidity and sweetness with medium light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Some lingering acidity in the finish. Light herbal, earthy must notes. Medium light citrus and under ripe stone fruit. Fairly light honey notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid geuze but not a favorite of mine. The honey kind of muddles the malt notes which ends up accentuating the sweetness. Would be nicer if the musty funk was dialed up a notch and the sweetness down.

Bottle picked up in a nice spot somewhere round Sablon, last September. Deep gold with some haze. Slim tight white head. Nicely boozy oaky bretty honeyed goozy vibe. Bit of dusty cellar. Some stewed cooking apple. Some sweet Sherry thing. Tart twangy bittersweet on the palate. Belies the ABV. Clean tangy finish. Honey came good here.

750ml shared by Alex @ Ryan's. №67 of season 20 - 21. Appearance: hazy pale copper with a white head. Aroma: lots of minerals, funky, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, nice funk, some minerals, honey does add nicely to the body of the beer. Overall: very nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle (no. 67 - season 20/21 - bottled 28/07/2021). Hazed golden orange with small white head. Earthy, dry, barnyard funk with feint honey and a hint of leather. Some nice complexity, but a little bit on the fence on this one.
