Fra flaske på Gladmatfestivalen juni-24: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Røde bær, karameller, lime, litt citrongress og ingefær. Syrligfrisk med mild bitterhet og saftig avslutning. Er herved satt på innkjøpslista for neste handletur på polet.

On tap at Patricks. An unclear deep golden colored beer with a nice dark beige head. Herbal, lemony aroma, almost soapy, in a nice way. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a nice bitterness. Herbal, lightly fruity, grassy and malty flavor. Long finish. Delicious, in a pleasant herbal way. 240223

Bottle. Unclear amber body under a thin tan head. Aroma of lime, ginger, lemongrass, herbs and kinda soapy. Taste has an unusually smooth combination of soft malt, ginger, herbs, and lime. Balanced body and same aftertaste. A bit unusually, still one dimensional within the rich taste combination. All in all balanced and considering the name and label text I have to say that mission is completed, it’s definitively a fine beer for a spicy Asian dish and quite pleasant drink as it is for the open minded beer drinker. It's more than a novelity beer.
