(Draft at L'Ermitage Saint-Gilles, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel and white bread. Fruity, slightly hoppy taste with citrus, orange, grass, white bread and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow golden. I'm sitting on some huge plastic container which is super hot and I guess contains leftover malts so my nose might be off. OK, moved inside. Light lime, wheat, grassy, soft yeast. Light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied, crisp feel.

Tap at L’Ermitage, St Gilles with Matthijs 18th November 24. Pours a light hazy yellow. Atoma is soft, peach, citrus, taste follows and is dry, nice enough

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the L’Ermitage shop near Cantillon. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of grainy pale mats, white grape, ripening lemon, melon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more mellow citrus fruits, low bitterness, pale grains. Basic but drinkable.

On tap at Brewdog - Brussels, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, some dankness, a touch of chalk, and biscuity malt. Flavour is a bit muted but still has forceful enough hops, with a dry earthy, biscuity finish. Decently balanced but not terribly invigorating.

27/IV/23 - 33cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 10/X/23 (2023-343)
Pretty cloudy orange to yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty start, then very fruity, overripe tropical fruits, lychee, persimmon, oranges, spicy touch, some cloves, banana, green cardamom. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, gentle bitterness, sweet and malty, some citrus. Aftertaste: more pronounced bitterness, fruity notes, a bit resinous, almost medicinal bitterness, decent but not great.
