Well the answer of course is 1 kilogram per litre, that’s the whole basis of the metric system. Anyway, on tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a murky pale chrome with a small foamy white head and good lacing. Mainly tropical fruits in the aroma, but with a dash or generic citrus. Much more fruit in the mouth, what with mango, melon and hints of grapefruit and lychee. Finish is dry is traces of lemon. I din’t like this at first, but it grows on you once you get used to it.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 22. Misty yellow appearance, large white head. Tropical citrus nose. Really nicely drinkable, light bodied with great clarity of flavour, keeping things close to a gently sweet crisp citrus character. Nice and fresh.

Monday 7th March 2022, monthly beer exchange in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Usual 5 suspects sharing beers and talking bollocks. Cheers Mark for this (one of four from the brewery he brought on the night). 440ml can, misty pale golden yellow with a wispy white head, citrussy nose and taste, semi-dry feel to this one.
