26/IV/22 - on tap @ Babilonia (Girona), BB: n/a (2022-428)
Clear deep dark brown to purple black beer, small creamy dense beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: smoky, indeed, malty, caramel notes, bit of a sweet impression, dried fruits, very earthy, hay cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, some caramel malts, pretty bitter, roasted, bit sourish. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, malty, bit sourish, slightly, smoky, more malts, grains, cow fodder, smoky finish with some campfire notes, nice one.
