Ikke helt edruelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld på Våland, med Johan og Egil. Nå en 0,75 flaske fra VP Aker Brygge: lett uklar dyp gylden med ok skum. Nydelig, hvitvinsaktig aroma og smak med massevis av druer, aprikos, appelsin/mandarin og brett. Elegant og spenstig fra første øyeblikk, og den står distansen helt ut. Stimulerer tanken og tatoverer sjelen.

Bottle shared with Johan and Holmen1 at Vaaland 21.04.24. Cloudy golden. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of brett, pale malt, sour citrus and cranberries. Very good!

NyttårsKYGG 2023. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, fruir, oak, berries. Flavor is sourness, fruit, oak, bread, vanilla, raspberries, plum, spices. Nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly hazy dark golden colored beer with a small, white head. Mostly fruity aroma, with some bready, doughy malts. Sort of buttery. It's medium to full-bodied, tart and softly carbonated. Some bready pale malts in the flavor, with generic fruityness. Sort of oaked, with hints of vanilla and yellow plum. Lasting finish, fruity. Quite decent this one. Not super-complex, not at all, but nice. 231231

8-4-8-4-16 Bottle, 2019 vintage, three years before bbd. Pours orange golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart funky pedio with fruity notes of wine grapes, plums and apples, as well as floral brett, spices, tannins and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart yoghurty pedio, with fruity notes of apples, stone fruits and grapes, as well as floral brett, funky notes, tannins and wooden barrels. Mellow and enjoyable.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, citrus, vinegar and plum. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long tart, citrus, vinegar and plum finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, sharde with Marko. Slightly unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, some light citrus and wood in the nose. Citrus, light brett, notes of wood, vanilla and touch of herbs with dry tartish finish.

0.75l bottle, thx Glava! Hazy orange-golden body. Wild yeast, saliva, fruit, herbs, barrel touches. Sweetish, juicy taste, redcurrant berry touches, nice light herbal notes, bretty touches, trace bitterness and vaaaague tartness. Extremely elegant, very, very tasty!
