Can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours black with a dense tan head. Big maple presence, light hazelnut murmurs.. rounded coffee touch. Sticky maple linger. Nice.

Can shared at Brewver Belgian Winter Gathering. Opaque dark brown color, average sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, hazelnut, light tonka notes. Flavor is malts, huge hazelnut, again tonka (or maybe pecan?) notes, harsh coffee, alcoholic finish. Hmm not a big fan, over the top imo. 8-6,5-6-6-6

1/III/25 - 1Pt. can @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (2025 Winter/Spring edition), BB: n/a, 2021-1 (2025-158) Thanks to nathanvc for sharing the can!
Cloudy dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, good roast, hazelnuts, toasted pecans, caramel, a bit malty, lots of caramel and vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sugary and sweet start, lots of caramel, alcohol, quite some chocolate, nice, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, hazelnuts, some chocolate, vanilla notes, lovely beer!

Can at Belgian Beer Geeks Gathering. Very dark brown with small head. Lots of coffee, maple, sugary grains, soft hazelnut, more brown sugar, soft alcohol. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Lovely.

Pint can @ Belgian Winter gathering 01 March 2025 – Tim’s place, thanks Nathan.

Can from Binny's, Chicago. Cloudy black, thin, beige head. Aroma of chocolate sauce, mocha, vanilla, maple syrup, hazelnut paste, brownie, coffee liqueur. Taste has sweet date, plum & some pear in a milk-chocolatey, brown-sugary, bit syrupy malt body with a soft nutty accent. Herbal hoppy finish offering gentle coffee roast, woody maple syrup and (hidden) coffee liqueur-like alcohol. Full body, thin oily texture, soft carbonation. Expected a nuttier and roastier brew but all in all satisfying.

Pint can pours with a nice looking deep dark body that supports a thin ring of tan colored bubbles. The aroma offers up a bit of dark roasted malts and then a bolder thicker cloud of dark roasted fairly rich smelling coffee followed closely by a bit of sweet smelling malts and vanilla. The taste delivers bold yet restrained near oily dark roasted coffee goodness that quickly runs up against sweeter vanilla and spicy maple infused notes. To midway a mild sweet nuttiness joins in to further deepen the experience and help take it to a mildly boozy finish. Solid desert sipper.
