375ml compact dark green bottle with a cork wire, kindly shared by Finn. Opens with a good shot followed by smoke. Snow white head, near-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Saison like smell, with a scent of yeasty fruitiness. Flavoured with grapes, saison like fruits, and yeast. Vinous impression. Smooth fruity, mid-sweet and mid- dry end. Pleasing. Delt med Rune på Vervet. Gylden. Filmskum. Vinaroma. Smaken aprikos & hvitvin. Litt mye kullsyre. Anonym avslutning.

Notater fra Mi2 okt-22: etter 10 (!) fatøl er vi nå over på kveldens første flaske; lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Banan, gule druer og litt krydder (hvit pepper?). Slank, elegant og med en helt tydelig mersmak. Den utforsker et interessant grenseland mellom øl og hvitvin.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours slightly hazy golden with little white head. Aroma of citrus, honey, some peppery notes. Tastes slightly sweet with fruity sourness. Thin bodied, alcoholic warmth.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.2%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of "spicy" saison yeast, and white grape must or white wine of "spicy" grape varieties, notes of cellar and oak. Very dry and crisp flavour, notes of brut sparkling white wine, some yeasty notes, the bitterness is very moderate.

Golden, hazy with a white head. Aroma of fruits, malt, yeast and some spices sense. Sweet, slighty sour with a fruit, sweet malt and slightly banana end.

Unclear golden body with champagne type carbonation under a nice, dense white head. Delicate aroma of pale malt, mild wood, juice from grapes and hint of lemon. Taste is smooth and refreshing with sweet pale malt, wood, citric fruit, mild acidic berries and white vine. Medium body and nice, fresh aftertaste. A nice crossover between Saison and white vine.
