Can at home picked up from BEER:Shop St Albans. A mostly clear autumnal brown coloured pour with a fine loose beige head. Aroma is nice woody coffee, bark, pumpkin spices, some smoke, nutmeg, light brown sugars. Flavour is composed of nutty earthy malts, bark, light smoke, thin pumpkin spices, toasted maltsearthy. Palate is semi sweet, thin, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Cask at Trekkers, Chesham, Bucks. A very dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige bubbly head on top. Coffee, pumpkin, cinnamon, spice aroma, tastes similar but really thin. It's quite drinkable but almost watery.

Can at Scary Monsters, Cowley Road, Oxford, Tuesday 12th October 2021. Pours very, very dark brown, almost black with a beige head. Pumpkin and coffee combination working nicely however on reflection I think a heftier version work even better. Tangy, nice roastiness, it's pretty much doing what it says on the tin.

Can on 4th November 2020 from Caps and Taps, Kentish Town. Rated as a novelty ale. Intensely brown with thin tan film and virtually no lacing. Roasty malt aroma. Roasty and nutty in-mouth with vegetable notes and touches of tangy fruits. Roasty and spicy finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby Pours a very dark reddish-brown with a small cream head. Aroma is primarily pumpkin and sweet malts. Pumpkin again in the mouth along with cinnamon and hints of ginger and chocolate. Finish has dark fruits. Quite nice but a bit strange to say the least.
