Mild säuerlicher Beginn. Weiche, eher milde Fruchtigkeit trotz der 300g Frucht/Liter, schwach. Die Säure nimmt schnell ab, das Bier ist insgesamt mild. OK. 9/8/8/8/10/8

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, sourish, brett, horse blanket (yeah, yeah, really though), lemony, spicy touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, dry, tannins, fruity, funky. Aftertaste: sourish, acidic, very fruity, berries, nice, juicy, funky, little bitter in the finish.

Bouteille 37.5cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck, merci. Lot# 20221125, BB 25/11/2041.
Couleur pâle, col blanc crémeux peu tenace.
Arôme est frais bien fruité avec un nez acidulé plaisant et un côté lambic funk, pointe de boisé, l'apport des groseilles à maquereau n'est pas en reste avec encore 300g/litre pour un nez de baies vertes/haies avec ici un lambic d'un an de production propre et d'un an venant de DeTroch.
Palais est plaisant sur le caractère du lambic, un peu mousseux en bouche, apport des groseilles à maquereau rajoute une couche d'acidité en plus. Sur la fin, je note un léger côté plus caramélisé du malt tout en conjuguant cela avec l'acidité.

Funky, houterig, kaastoets qua aroma, fruitig, kruisbessen frisheid doet het goed op deze lambiek, ingetogen zuurgraad, ik ben er wel content mee. Afdronk behoeft nog wat finetuning

Bottle from Etre. Pale golden with no head. Citrus, oak, funk and some sulphur. Slightly farty. Not much gooseberries.

Grapefruit bretta and some gooseberries. Golden pour with a few bubbles. Tart finish. Pretty good blending. Big thanks to Beastiefan for this bottle.

Bottle Malmö Crew Christmas tasting at Palace Hall (17/12/2022) - tart sour fruity with notes of gooseberry, beeey skin, medium body and acidity, tart fruity finish.

Bottle directly from Kestemont webshop. Color: Hazy reddish orange, very thin white head. Aroma: Funky, fruiy berries, some hay. Taste: Very smooth. Fruity Gooseberries, clearly present farmyard funk, oak wood and some hay and old hop. Light to moderate tart and sweet, very light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Second beer from this new Lambic brewery and Geuze blendery, like the fist one, surely doesn't disappoint. Very nice.
