The taste is crisp, fairly dry, light bitterness, snappy, nutty, woody, brown bread, digestive biscuit, leafy, grassy, orange marmalade, caramel and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Quite an interesting lagerbier.

Taste has sweet grains, hay, more doughy bread and also traces of caramel. Very malty with hardly any bitterness. Medium body, fairly low carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Not bad.
