Large tight white foamy head stayed on an unclear pale golden coloured body.
Weed, resin & bitter aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy with a clean dry back.
Pine, grapefruit, soapy, resinous & dank citrus tastes with a hopped up bitter finish.
WC DIPA - Not a common site these days - Grand.

Resinous, bitter, caramel, piney, classic west coast. Poor head retention. Well balanced, hoppy finish, this is good!

440ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, earthy pine, resin. Taste of earthy pine, resinous, citrusy, orange and grapefruit, hop spice, caramel and biscuity malt, bitter finish. Had this straight after the original and it's honestly identical other than the higher strength. Hops feel a bit more intense here. Superb.

Can split at the Soapy returns tasting, Mother Arch ii, thanks to Danny Boyo, 27/04/23. Clear golden with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grassy, bitter orange, old skool DIPA exhaust, light caramel, melon. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, orange zest, grass, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid clean drinking DIPA.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is orange marmalade, peach, mango, papaya. Taste is mango, papaya, pine, apricot jam. Nice to see a non hazy old skool DIPA, just how it used to be.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, smooth though. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft pine and soft citrus. Modest, savoury hop. Finishes smooth. Nice generic dipa, goes down easy.

Can at Kernel homecoming share. One I have been looking for. Cheers! It pours crystal clear oily golden with a small white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, quite sappy, sticky, oily, pine, resin, green, weedy, dank, and earth. The taste is slick, oily, sappy, pine, woody, spruce, pine, green, dank, resin, peppery spice, chewy, toothy, booze, herbal, twist of citrus, boozey heat and some snap with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Lovely, sappy and earthy. Good chug quite a bit of this.
