It’s fine but it’s not that exciting. Real ale type maltiness, only a touch of the orange. Tastes a bit like herbal tea.

Cask @ Saddler's Cat, Manchester. Cloudy pinkish colour with a seriously low sourness. Called 'Berry Happy' on the clip. Despite its lower strength it is pretty tasty. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Berry Happy on 21 Apr 2023 at 06:50 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: Keg @ Saddler's Cat, Manchester. Hazy pink session sour, but with a a seriously low sourness as you might expect from this strength. It makes for a pretty tasty brew though with some sweetness available as well, especially in its aftertaste.

Can at home picked up from St Albans BEER:Shop. A light hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a fine loose white head. Aroma is salt, cucumber, herbal, loose wheat, pithy, grassy herbal, verging on hibiscus. Flavour is loose wheat, floury, light tart orange, prickly berry, salt, grassy, herbal. little flabby, light tart. grassy. Palate is pithy, chalky, pinch of salt, floury wheat, fine carbonation. Disappointing.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, pinkish with a tiny, off-white head. Buttery nose with a faint hit of berries underneath. Medium body, an initial orange note which is nice, but the odd acidity is way less so - especially when paired with the buttery edge still present. It's a challenging beer - and much more of a Sour than a Pale Ale. 130323

29/1/2023. Can shared by Colin, cheers. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, toasted flakes, orange, cranberry, light spice. Quite sweet, light bitterness and tartness. moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Curiously enjoyable.
