Optisch klares Gold, heftige Perlung. In der Nase ausgesprochen hopfig. Im Trunk dezente Frucht, hopfig, leicht grasig-harzig, mittig bis spät leicht bitter, passt.

Süffiger, ziemlich bitterer Beginn. Weich getreidig, mild hopfig, spritzig, frisch. Die Bitterkeit bleibt stark, geringe Süße, kernig. 7/11/9/11/8/10

Bottle picked up from Craft Bier Webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Friday 20th January 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6 Music, we're cooking a Prawn Masala Curry with Basmati and Wild Rice and some Potato Tikkis for tea tonight. Pours light/mid gold with a mid sized head of white foam. There is a nice bite to this, with a pleasant soft carbonation and the bitterness is crisp but then it finishes with a little furry rub across the tongue and roof of the mouth. Clean and well executed Pils.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, faint golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Grassy and minimally fruity, citrusy, hoppy aroma, minimally strawy, pale malty background, a touch of gooseberry, whiffs of kiwi fruit and lime. Taste is dry, grassy and slightly fruity, minimally resinous, piney hoppy, minimally spicy and biscuity, pale malty basis, hints of gooseberry, a touch of kiwi fruit, lime, herbal-spicy overtones. Oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, fine, soft, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Crisp and clean, excellent mouthfeel - good!

500 ml bottle. Clear light golden with small fluffy head. Resin, citrus, grassy hops, metal and grain. Hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. Decent classic Pils.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Clear golden body, white head. Herbal, corky aroma. Dry,. bitterish, malty, bit flower aroma. Hetbal, minty, yolky, dry taste, nice. Okay really.

Bottle. Crisp gooseberry and grass aroma. Pale golden, white lace. Medium light Body. Crunchy dry hayish base, light juicy malt, pleasant broad hop counterpoint. Flowery garden notes retronasal.
