Bottle from kappldav123, thanks! Citrus, salt and a hint of leather in the aroma. Bone dry, wheaty, apple, lemon and a hint of leather in the flavor. Thin. Very well carbonated. Grapes. Great ageing potential.

Nice funky nose. The beer starts fresh and sourish, round and refreshing with a nice smooth sourness. Long fresh body, the sourness is there but very refreshing. Complex horse blanket sourness with citrusy parts. Nice.

Draught at Torst. Pours straw yellow. Aroma of sour white wine. Sour for a berliner weisse, but no apparent brett, too clean.

Light golden yellow with moderate head. Flavor is quite and moderate acidic. Taste is wheat, yeast, lemon, and spice

Aroma is strongly lactic with a faint wheat note. There is also a light lemon note and a medium low barnyard/horse blanket character, but the lactic acid dominates. Pours a cloudy yellow straw color with a big, thin white head that quickly recedes but carbonation continues to rise to the top. No lacing or legs. Flavor is very tart and acidic. This is definitely one of the most acidic Berliners on the market. Nice citrus note with light wheat character. No bitterness. The mid palate and finish brings in the lambicus notes - moderate goat and horse blanket but the acidity wipes it away and it finishes tart and refreshing. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with high carbonation. There is low astringency and low to no alcohol warmth. Overall this is an acid bomb, but its clean, tart and refreshing. The lambicus adds just a complimentary barnyard funk which makes this a much more complex Berliner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazed blonde gose with a thin dissipating white head. In aroma, a sweet lemony mix with Brett, light cave mustyness. In mouth, a nice sour gose with Brett, light buttery notes, lemon, very nice.

Draft at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours pale hazy gold with a slight white head. Light sour aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is definitely tart/sour. Lemony tart/sour. Finishes with a residue of sweat sox. Surely fits the style.
