Bottle, abgefüllt august 2011. Pours extremely light yellow, with an enormous head quickly dissolving. Aroma does not stand out in any particular way, it’s sharp and crispy of citrus and brett. It has a light thin body, with a lively carbonation. Flavour is really refreshing, with brett, lots of lemon and yeast. It is really sour, yet not bitter, and the sourness last through the finish with a good fruity yeast in the after taste. A nice acquaintance.

Binny’s LP 330ml ($5): Pours a murky brownish yellow with a quickly dissipating loose head. Aroma is of farmyard funk, with a lot of that sourness in anticipation. Taste is quite sour right up at the front, but the sourness stays pretty consistent throughout. Considering the low alcohol, this is really full flavoured and not remotely watery. Light and refreshing. Very little sweetness. Some lemon flavor. I like this quite a lot. I just wish it came in six-packs because I would drink this all day.

Draught, Avenue Pub. Cloudy blond. The aroma is a bit spicy with coriander. The taste is spicy with light bretty influence and good spritzy carbonation. Both complex and refreshing, a great experiment.
