25cl shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice piney and tropical fruits hops. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good, I would call this India Pale Lager, though.

Poured from the tap. Clear bright yellow gold with white head. Clean, crisp, lots of grass hops, quite a nice pils.

Tap at Moeder Original. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light bitterness, low sweetness, well attenuated. Subtle grassy floral hops character, hints of spicy phenols. Easy drinking, good, even if a bit watery.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 21 Oct 2022) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, dough, grass, cereal and herbs. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, cereal, citrus, grass, hay and a balanced herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Soft and harmonious, still rich, with a good herbal hop profile. Tasty and well made pilsener. Very nice.

Couleur blonde, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet bien classique- clairement malt pils, houblonné noble allemand avec un bouquet fleuri.
Palais est sur une bonne pils, bien classique allemande - malt pils avec une sécheresse bien marquée et une amertume franche rehaussée par une sécheresse de bouche haute. Le tout est finement terreux et fruité.

Correcte mais ma préférence reste pour la Zennepils.

On tap. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry grainy pale malt, straw. Taste is the same.

Tap. Moeder Original. Haze pale gold. Decent white swede. Nose has semi sweet malt. Lightly floral hop. Taste is dry and lightly sour. Modicum of grassy bitterness. Easy drinking and refreshing. Moderate bitterness to finish. Good logger bier.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 28th April 2022. Pours a clear straw yellow, firm white head. Aroma is grass, aromatic, earthy. Taste is sublime, grassy, earthy, straw, aromatic, light perfume, lingering mellow bitterness. Outstanding Pils.

Cask. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is old school hops, amazing leafs, earthy, peppery. Taste is the same, super nice leafs, earthy, so good. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Excellent Cask Pils!
