Bottle from DantheMan278, thanks! Orange blonde. Grapefruit, orange and oily hops in both aroma and flavor. Soft grassy flavor. Some citrus notes in the aftertaste. Lovely!

Hazy orange - gold beer, tidy off white head. Crispy palate - light. The malt has a familiar Mallinsons soapy streak. Mild fresh hops - orange and tangerine pith. Semi dry finish with a mild bitter linger and a spot more soap! Overall the hops redeem this.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Good balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120506]

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy pale golden colour with average, firm, frothy, white head. Floral and grassy hop aroma, a citrus touch. Taste is initially fresh pale malty with spicy, yeasty overtones, then fruity and citrussy notes come in, some husky notes remain; dry to bitter and slightly grassy hoppy finish. Nice composition.

Bottle from Bottle Shop Canterbury. Very hazy gold brown beer with lasting thin ivory head. Hoppy and yeasty as hell. I dont think i have had a mallinsons beer i did not like and this is no exception. I mean the orange flavoured hops are exceptional and the balance is perfect. Nothing is out of place. Wow this is a good beer. Wish i could produce this. Hops are so elegant. Good beer

Hopped #7 On cask at Nerax North. Pours a deep slightly cloudy golden color with a thin bubble of a white head. Smells of Hops, yum, and American hops at that. Incredible nose of citrus and pine with a hint of of bread if I squint and inhale really hard. Taste is moderately hoppy with more citrus and pine and little bready toffee like malt. Medium to thin body with and almost watery mouthfeel and a light level of carbonation. It was nice to find a bit of hops, and American at that. Unfortunately the body and malt profile are to small to balance this beer in any way. Decent beer but needs more umph.

BCA from Londis, Westholme Stores "Jacks’, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon 22.06.11 consumed at Chichester Camping & Caravan site, Southbourne, Nr Chichester Pours warm gold with white head that soon departed. Touch quite and non showy at start but this soon changed becoming steadily more impressive with a smooth easy going character, pleasant sweetness and then a punchy hoppiness, drying at end. Very likeable. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
