Bottle. Unfortunately Schneeeule went out of business earlier this year. Probably this strongest Schneeeule beer is the last one I'll drink... Color: Dark ruby, beige head. Aroma: Leathery funk, dark malt. Taste: Leathery Brett funk, dark malt, Balsamico vinegar, some roasted malt, hints of chocolate, oak wood. Moderate to over moderate tartness, moderate bitterness, light sweetness. Nice one.

33 cl bottle. Pours deep amber to brown. Small off white head. Aroma is deep malty. Bretty funky. Wooden, sour. Dry, wooden. Deep fruity. Bretty, wooden. Dark malty and overripe fruity. Dry bretty far finish.

Poured from the tap @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Dark mahogany brown. Fairly sour, flanders quality, not great.

Dark brown body, with a big, creamy, beige head. Aroma of Brett, cocoa, dark fruits. Tastes quite similar, leathery, with more overripe fruits. Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, a bit warm, leathery, dark malty, fruity. Very nice. Well balanced between dark malts and Bretty notes, with lovely dark fruits. Really quaffable for the ABV. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

0,75l bottle at Nicos place. Brown color, medium off white head. smells soapy, coffee, tobacco, nutty. Decent smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, berry notes, bit balsamic. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of peppery, Balsamic and earthy notes. Decent, not totally my thing
