Bravo. Früher war doch nicht immer alles besser…

Cloudy medium amber colour, lot of tiny bubbles, tall foamy white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma wheat, banana, lime, yeast. Taste is medium sweet and slightly sour, wheaty, fruity, with average duration, aftertaste mild sweet and sour, hint of bitterness, spicy notes, light watery finish, light body, watery texture, average carbonation, decent Weizen.

Pours cloudy orange with a thin, bubbly crown that fails to last very long. Aroma is wheat malt and yeast, some fruitiness, but less than an average Weizen. Taste follows aroma, though a banana sweetness on the lips picks up mid-bottle. Well carbonated, almost overly fizzy at the start, with a quite dry and lightly bitter sour finish. Not the best start, but average in the end.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a billowy, white, head. Yeasty grains, with a touch banana and clove and gentle finish. Fine.

0,5 l bottle. A dark orange and unclear in the glass, small white head. Yeast and a low herb on the nose. Starts smooth fruity, light banana, low herb. Little bit dry, later more citrus. Dusty metallic aftertaste with bitter hints. Kind of easy to drink average all day Hefeweizen.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a pretty sizable white fluffy head. Aroma was wheat grains, sweet malts, bready yeast character.

06/07 A 0.5 l bottle. It poured hazy orange body with medium sized head. Orange, citrus and banana aroma, typical for the style. Flavor, which is usually a down after a good aroma in weizens was really tasty now, lightly sweet, fruity, banana and bubblegum, earthy, with some other spicy notes and even cocoa! Full bodied, smooth, with creamy, chalky and lightly sweet fruity finish. Very tasty, excellent Weizen, bravo Stockbauer!
