A: hazy ochre, stable, foamy, white head.
A: clove, nutmeg, oxidized banana, wheat.
T: sweetish banana, honey, nutmeg, wheat;
F: floral hops, bit soapy, wheaty, spicy nutmeg.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Light & drinkable, bit too spicy perhaps.

Gorange/gold pour with a stable white head. Tasstes and aroma of banana, passion fruit, clove/a hint of cinnamon. Nice and refreshing.

Had this at Café Kowalski, Passau after a 25km cycle ride from Vilshofen an der Donau. Pours orange gold with a white head Saturday 16th July 2022. Like the Dunkel, it's fine without exciting subtle on the clove and banana stakes, refreshing, wheatiness. Fine.

0.5 bottle. Szép narancsos opálos szón, gyorsan apadó habbal, egyszerű címke, a kupakon és a címkén az öreg Stokkbájer Ferivel. "Egyszerű ", azaz finom, élesztős, banános kenyeres bajor búza illat. Citrusos, már-már lime-os friss ízzel nyit. Gabonás telt lecsengés, sok szénsav. Kifejezetten a citrusos búzák közé sorolom. Ezért szomjat oltani is jó. Büfi érzet finom:) :)

Nice orange opaque color with fast fading foam, simple label on the cap and label with the old Stokkbájer Feri. "Simple", meaning a delicious, yeasty, banana-breaded Bavarian wheat scent. It opens with a fresh citrus, almost lime flavor. Grain full decay, lots of carbonic acid. I classify it specifically as citrus wheat. That's why it's good to quench your thirst. Buffet feeling delicious :) :)

Neben anderen Bieren der Brauerei gibt es in einem Restaurant in meinem Heimatdorf in der Wachau, einer ausgeprägten Weingegend, auch dieses Weizenbier. Es hat einen wunderbar fruchtigen Kern und schöne Bananen-, Maracuja- und Ananas-Aromen, eingebettet ein eine hefige Weißbrotigkeit -so mag ich das.
