Bottle picked up from Higgins recently, had this at home Sunday 11th December 2022, we had Beef in Stout, with a Celeriac Püree, Roasted Carrots and Potatoes, on a What's App video call with Nick and Anna. Pours golden with a white head. Nice hoppiness from the off, a little crisper that anticipated, good fruity bite, both citrus and tropical fruit detected. Nice.

On tap at Higgins Nice mild grapefruit, nectarine nose on a lasting head and hazy amber. Pretty clean, a bit of hop bite. Juicy with some hop burn at the end. Nevertheless very tasty!

Tap at the brewery. Murky golden orange. Salty hops with an edge. Creamy and smooth bitter.

Tap. Light murky yellow, low white cream. Light citric and tropical aroma. Medium body, cracker dry malt, light earthy notes, apricot, pineapple finish, dry aftertaste.
