750ml bottle. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, fruity, caramel, alittle funk. Taste is tangy, tart, ripe red apple, core & skin, with some zingy acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is red apples, minerals, mild barn. Taste is the same. Extremely dry. Sparkly carbonation. Very good, but I've had better vintages.

Bottle. Cloudy amber. Damp and sweet, earthen moldy apple. Sparkly apple juice. Quite sweet. Nearly sticky.

Bottle at Stefan's 30th birthday party in Lustenau, Austria. Pours gold with a small bubbles white head, a little apple skin, fruity with a nice sweeteness, nice tanginess, a very nice cider.

Bottle. Lightly marzipan bitter apple peel nose. Clear golden, offwhite foam. Medium light sparkly body. Earthy, light iodine, light mealy apple base. Medium pleasant earthy finish.
