750 ml, bottled Nov. 2021. Deep red body, with a medium, frothy, light beige head. Aroma of sourish-earthy red berry, some citrus, some straw. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with mainly the berries again. Tasty. Quite simple, dominated by the berries, which are really beautiful though. Drinks fresh and balanced. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Bottle. Mills online shop. Deep raspberry red. Moderate haze. Thin and swirly pale pink foam. Looks good. Nose has raspberry. Blackcurrant. Light oak. Taste is tart and dry with a glimmer of fruity sweetness. Light to medium body with some acidity. High-ish foamy carbonation. Tart and lightly acidic finish. Not the usual standard.
