500ml bottle from Brass Castle online shop. Gluten Free. Hazy orange gold colour, fine bubbly white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of sour zesty juicy citrus fruit, white wine, funk, wood barrel notes. Taste is sweetish, mellow, malt, juicy fruity orange citrus, soured edge, woody, vanilla, pine, white wine, funky, with resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy tart zesty citrusy bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Looks boss. Lightly hazy deep orange gold, with a thick, lasting, just off white head, showing a little legginess. Nose is big on the Sauvignon barrel. Bright and tangy and super vinous. Lovely leafy, citrus hoppage. Taste has a light vanilla sweetness, turning dry, bright and slightly sharp bitter. Never feels the ABV. Drinkablity is high with sharp and clean carbonation. Lingering vinous bitterness to finish. Classy gear.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a coppery orange with a white head. Aroma fruity, light alcohol, cleaner. Taste is bitter hops, coconut, vanilla, funky, fruity, woodsy, alcohol. This is very different.

Schwiiing Tope bootle at home, celebrating City 5-0 Sheff U - thanks Sheffield for the beer also (from the brewery online), 14/03/21. Murky orange amber with a good sized light egg shell white covering that retains well. Nose is bitter citric shreds, good bretted pangs, damp oak, stoned fruits, sharp grapefruit, light cloak of funk. Taste comprises sharp tropical fruit esters, damp oak, brett, funk, vinous, stoned fruits, grape must, lychee. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dusty hop undergarment complemented by a rising boost and a brett laden top hat. Another solid, complex BA bretted affair from these guys.
