Ekuanot, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops combine to create a juicy pale ale holding the flavours of a tropical fruit salad, with papaya, peach and mango notes being followed up by a hint of peppery spice and pine. Hazy, low bitterness, easy drinking and delicious.

Handpull cask at the Old Shambles Tavern, York. Hazy mid- to dark gold, with a fine layer of beige head. Luscious hop aroma, pineapple to the fore with notes of gooseberry. Taste is a little bit muddled: Sweet with a bit more malt than the nose suggested there would be, followed by a moderately juicy bitterness to balance. White grape in the aftertaste. Light body, soft to no carbonation. Pretty good.
