I visited the National Glass Centre as my cultural activity in Sunderland before my regular cultural activity kicked in. Glass has never been so interesting to me at this point. Very important of course as the substance currently holds this beer I'm rating! Crisp citrus tropical fruit and pine notes with some dryness and a noticeable carbonation.

Can picked up directly from the brewery and consumed at home Tuesday 31st December 2024 cooking a Thai Chicken Massaman Curry and a Red Thai Prawn Curry, having with Spring Rolls and Prawn Crackers. Listening to Emily Pilbeam on 6Music. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head, refreshing and a little bit of lemon sherbert in the mouth, juicy and smooth. Good.

Draft at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, mineral, light citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat light but tasty and refreshing.
