Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 1. A hazy dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet dark brown malt, bourbon, vanilla, some red fruits. Taste of sweet caramelish malt, brown, bourbon, vanilla, awesome.

Clear red brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: cinnamon, cocoa powder, chocolate, nice roast, burned caramel, good stuff here! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice roast, alcohol, some chocolate, good roast, cocoa powder, little sweet. Aftertaste: soft roast, nice, bit spicy, some cinnamon, lots of dark chocolate.

On tap. Pours a dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of bourbon, caramel, and sweet malts. Flavors of burnt sugar, green oak, bourbon, cream and toasted malts. Lots going on. Really like.

Beaverfest. Keg. Hazy dark amber beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin but tasty malts. Tangy vanilla and singed caramel. Tangy fruits. Little piney hop. Spice. Light finish. Yeah - nice, light on its toes and tasty.
