50 cl bottle poured in to a Snifter. Çlear deep red amber colour with a creamy lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, over ripe fruits, candid sugar a grassy bitterness. Dusty hoppy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Slightly drying fruity finish with dusty cardboard notes. Good looking in the glass, flavour not that exciting.

Bottle from Mip, thanks! Dark brown color. Malt and cinnamon in the aroma. malty sweet, slightly alcoholic spicy flavor. Cinnamon, dried fruit, cardemom. Nothing special, but quite drinkable.

0,5 flaske fra Kvickly Nørrebro, i lejligheden en fredag kveld i nov-17: mørk brunrød rav med godt beige skum (film og blonder). Maltdrevet aroma og smag med mørke karameller, brente mandler, molasse, rosiner og mørke bær. Hint af portvin. Diskret bitterhed giver god balance. Drikker gerne denne igen i december.

50cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks! A clear dark orange brown beer with a small white ring. Taste of strong red malt, red malt, spruce, some caramel, a bit boozy.

Aroma: Sugary sweet with caramel and spices. Flavour: very alcoholic and sugary sweet with caramel and spices. Colour: Brown with an offwhite head.

Clear, dark chestnut. Light beige froth. Caramel and malt aroma. Flavour has brown sugar and evident alcohol. Yeasty with a little spice. Too alcoholic.

Bottle shared with HO 25.12.14. Nutty brown. Foamy pale beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet, dark caramel burnt sugar and dark berries. Rather on the sweet side.

Bottle. Pours semi-clear dark copper brown with shades of ruby and airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of fruit and a faint touch of cocoa. Sweetish flavour of malt and caramel with notes of fruit and chocolate. Hoppy notes towards the finish. Discernible but unobtrusive alcohol presence. Quite well-balanced. OK

(Bottle from Brugsen, Hammel, DK) pours brown/amber with off white head. Aroma/taste of caramel malt, pine spices and some hop notes and dark fruit. Pretty drinkable and went down well. Good stuff.

Bottle 500ml
Pours clear deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
