Ultramørk amber. Lavt luftig skum. God karamellaroma. Smaken sukkertøy. Passe søt. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning. Tenderer mere mot et koseøl enn et matøl. Veldig bra!

Endelig Mandag i annen, og vi starter selvsagt med deres nye husøl: mørk kastanjefarge med fint skum som varer. Mørke sjokolader, ristede hassselnøtter, urter og en dråpe kaffe. Halvtørr avslutning med påtagelig mersmak.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours dark copper with dense cream colored head. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, coffee. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness; bitter finish from roasted malt. Thin bodied.

On tap at Cardinal. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate beige head. Pleasant aroma and flavour of moderately roasted malts, roasted nuts, dark chocolate and mild coffee, and enough bittering hops to make the beer very moreish.
