33cl can, batch# P666, BB 17/04/2024.

Draught at Delirium Café, Brussels. A hazy golden pour below an off-white head. Aroma is quite intense: loads of ginger; orange, lemon, cilantro, grass, bread. Bone dry, tart, medium body. No bitternes whatsoever in the long, dry finish. Good.

7/V/23 - 33cl can from La Source (webshop), shared @ home, BB: 17/IV/24 (2023-412)

Clear blond to orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lacto-acidity, yoghurt, spicy touch, a bit lemony, funky, some sulphur, a little malty, more funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, pretty lemony, a little bitter, spicy, hint of cinnamon, zesty, some orange peel, bitter lemon peel. Aftertaste: fruity notes, tangerines, more orange peel, grapefruit, juicy, bitter, funky acidity, spicy finish with more cinnamon and even some tonka notes.
