Bottle. Almost black, coffee foam. Aroma: caramel and barrel, halva, whiskey, chocolate, coffee, butter. Slightly sweet taste, caramel, chocolate, whiskey, butter, well, it could be better, although it's not bad.

28/VII/24 - 50cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Ardennes Holiday, BB: VIII/2028, batch: B587 (2024-628)
Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy slightly irregular beige head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some patches of lacing in the glass. Aroma: some chlorine, deep roast, coffee, cocoa powder, nice stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, coffee, pretty bitter, lots of alcohol, a bit chemical, some chlorine, solvents, very alcoholic. Aftertaste: a bit yeasty, coffee, some dark chocolate, lots of alcohol, good bitterness in the end. Decent beer, but it can’t really compete with the Oak And Mirrors which we had right before, alas...
