We teamed up with the SoCal moguls at Riip Brewing on this extra large, extra tasty Double West Coast, aggressively hopped with Simcoe, Strata, Nectaron, and splash of Columbus. This beer also features a brand new beta-release yeast strain from Berkeley, which produces a ton of ripe pineapple aroma and flavor. True to the Riip style we kept this one nice and dry, to really let the hops shine. The resulting beer is bursting with pineapple and dank, with some tropical undertones.
