Bottle. Worty, citric aroma. Caramelly sweet flavor, worty with innamon and brown sugar. Glue-like aftertaste, Not too unpleasant, in fact almost drinkable.

Bottle. Cloudy orange brown, solid golden brown foam. Licorice covered plums roast aroma. Medium to light creamy body. Pleasant fruity start, strong grainy/hayish roast, iodine/metallic, dry on the palalt but with some fruity creamy overtones, easy enough to drink.

Optisch prima, stabiler Schaum. In der Nase Malz, leicht Banane, im Abgang schön getreidig. Hatte ich so noch garnicht. Etwas wässrig.

0.5 l bottle from ’denn’s Biomarkt’ (Gevelsberg), best before November 2017. Hazy, dark brown with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, malty, a little fruity aroma of wort, iron and hints of pear. Quite sweet, malty and a little roasty taste of wort, toasted bread, some nuts and hints of pear, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a bit roasty finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Brown with medium beige head. Aroma is syrup almonds sweet malt toffee dark honey. Taste is sweet watery malt. No body. Very flat and sweet. Nah.

Sampled during the Bamberg Jolly in January 2014. Pours unclear brown-gold with a foamy, white head. Notes of sugary bread, and very little else. Light bodied with fine carbonation and airy texture. Sugary on the finish, with some toasted cereal elements. Bleh.
