Delicious. Fresh grainy pale malts, sun-kissed biscuits and cereal, mild grassy bitterness, straw. Clean and lip-smacking to finish. Lovely balance.

Pale, clear, effervescent straw body with a thin rim of off-white head. Aroma light, nutty, and grainy with hints of candy cigarettes. Body again light, nutty, and grainy with moderate bite. Delicate, layered, but kind of meh.

16 oz can. Aroma and flavor are a reflection of each other. Bready malt backbone, yeast, slight floral hops. Body is light and has a mildly drying texture. Well crafted for the style.

Can from the Packie. Light gold color with a huge frothy white head that persists. Bready crackery maltiness earthy spicy floral hops to counter. Light sulfur. Medium to light body. Decent brew

Pours clear gold into a stein. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Sourdough and hay aromas. Crisp with wet straw, sourdough and lemon upfront turning to bitter pith in the lasting finish.

Lukr at the brewery, 12/16/22. Clear bronze, massive, dense, white head, well-retained. Fresh herbs, light pepper, honey and biscuit. So clean and snappy and yet such lovely minerality. Malts are delicate but still nicely rich relative to the beer's small size. Oh yeah, that's both assertively hoppy and well-malted. Tons of peppery hop, actually kind of pushing it on the hoppiness and bitterness for me. Definitely not sweet or dirty, not sure where Phillybeer comes up w this shit. Damn, but yeah, this is just a bit too bitter. Distracts from the malt and yeast. Otherwise it's impeccable.
