0,75l bottle at home. Bottled March 2024. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells herbal, spices, bitter oranges, parfumy / fragrant. Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes fragrant, parfumy, spices, herbal, earthy, citric, light tobacco. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of bitter oranges, herbal and spices. Great as usual, opens up really well, great great balance

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is enzian indeed, orange, flowery, dash of soap. Taste is the same. High carbonation. Solid stuff!

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the gentian root, dry and bitter orange rinds, and some wild yeast. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful wild yeast, spicy gentian root, and orange peel. Complex and wonderfully incorporated of the adjuncts. Excellent.

Pours slightly hazy, amberblonde. Small , fast fading white head. Scent is Sharp, full on spices, mild , yet very raw grzainyness behind it. Maturing took good care of this, seemingly! Taste is tart, dry, very spice-forward, loads of citrus (bitter oranges) and a funky, earthy, very typical 'new' thing to me (gentian root) . Together they balance on the fine line of being over the top thouhg, and the idea of cleaning products / pot pourri comes dangerously close, but in a way it still works. Not at all my favorite Antidoot, but a respectable offering nevertheless.

Fluffy, dwindling yellow head over hazy, finely carbonated copper-golden beer. Very spicy nose, drugstore-like aroma's, herbal. Sourish-herbal, ending in herbal bitterness, quite outspoken. Flavour of bitter orange, kumquat, citruspeel. Light body, some acidthinning. Light carbonation and long-lasting flavours. Not one for the fainthearted, the herbal bitterness bites!

Started this one on its own and the side-by-side with Wilder Billy Salat. Different beers, but a lovely comparison of citrus expression. This is super herbaceous, bitterness from the gentiane and wormwood in a clean aperitif-like note.
