Bottle from the brewery and drunk on the train to Frankfurt. Clear deepish brown colour lasting beige head. Malty aroma. Malty in the flavour. Some hop on the finish. Decent dark Landbier. Nothing exciting but better than some of the beers of this colour I have had this week

- Ordentliches Dunkles.

On tap at Cardinal. It pours a clear, dark amber to brown body and a small, dense, light beige head. It’s lightly sourish on the nose, with roasted notes and some dried fruits. Medium to full body, smooth and soft, with flavors of dried fruits, some sourish malts and a hint of coffee. Pleasant bitterness in the end. Hope it’s just the lines making it slightly sour. 121211
