Bottled. Hazy golden color, short frothy head, tiny particles. Aroma of typical saison, slight cheesy, slight spicy, some orange, citrus. Taste is in between a saison and a triple. High carbonation. Bit sweet maybe.

First rating(Bottle, thanks Marsiblursi!) Sampled on February 16 - 2008. Shady golden color, fluffy white head. Acidic, horse blanket, stale, some hops scent. Hoppy bitter, sugary sweet, peppry spicy taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Les hops and it would be even better,7/4/7/3/14=3.5Rerate(Bottle at GT - RBESG 2008)June 29, 2008Shady to cloudy yellow color, white head. Acidic, yeasty scent. Spicy, sweet, grassy taste. Bottle, 75cl corked. (From trade with the_epeeist) Pours a nice golden body, slightly hazy, topped by a big, white head. The aroma was a bit disappointing, not that it was bad, it was just not pronounced enough. There’s yeast, hops, cellar, and some sweetness, most the aromas one could wish for, but as said, too subtle. It has a nice, sweet and hoppy flavor with a good bitterness, resin, sugar and a farmhouse touch to it, finishing with a lasting bitterness. Nice, effervescent, medium to fullbodied mouthfeel. It’s 7.4% ABV is well hidden, making it a very drinkable beer, and it’s sure refreshing too. (071228)

750ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a huge white head. Aroma is fresh, fruity, citrus and yeast. Flavor is fruity, bitter, acidulous and really refreshing. What a great treat, I really think those guys at Southampton could run up as one of my favorites. Only sampled three beers so far, but they’re all great.

Slightly cloudy golden with a big white head. Nice complex, fresh aroma, with orange and spice. Dry and fruity flavour with spice and some bitterness that could be alcohol, spice or subdued hops.

75 cl. bottle: Pours unclear yellow/orange with a fine large egg white foam. Aroma is of yeast, wheat, spices & fruits (orange) Just the right amount of spices. Fresh & crisp. Smooth & soft. Filling body. Sparkling carbonation. Dry lasting end! Very nice - but this still misses something compared to the orig. Belgium ones!

Hazy golden color. Spicy and citrusy malty aroma. Dry mouthfeel, with good malt flavor, spicy, well bitter. Quite complex and interesting. Very good.

750 ml bottle from Ross; nose of breadiness, light spices, and a tiny bit of funkiness; gold with a hufe off white, glass lacing head (4"or so); flavor of light fruits, spices, and a small amount of hop bitterness. Excellent

750 ml bottle from beastiefan2k. Pour is hazy / cloudy yellow gold with a firm white head that lasted. Aroma of wheat bread, touch of sour, some sweet and finally some earthiness. Taste is very smooth and full bodied. Breadiness is there right away and a nice smooth, clean drinkable brightness. Some tart sourness to the finish. Thanks for this one Eugene, much enjoyed.
