Exactly what you would expect from a Mosaic pale ale brewed with oats! An extremely tropical, dank and hazy beer that has an incredibly pillowy mouthfeel.

A Captain Oates image in a mosaic memorial to the Scott Antarctic expedition exists in Cardiff Bay, where it departed from. Plenty of tropical flavours here, albeit dry, with a subduing effect in this respect. Aroma a tad dirty.

440ml can from Glenridding Mini Market after cycling up Helvellyn. Pours an unclear hazed yellow, good white head. Lovely modern pale.. gentle light mosaic shades, moderately full body, soothing oaty malt. Satisfying.

Can from Tebay Services. It pours hazy good with small white lacing. The aroma is sweet, juicy and tangy, pineapple, mango, guava, candies, gummy bears and a touch of greenness. The taste is fruity right up front, bitter - sweet, juicy, tangy, tropical vibes, pineapple chunks, guava, melon, touch of spice, green weedy vibes, toasted oats and jelly beans with a dry finish. Lighter end of medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad. Nice fruity vibe to it.
