this cider is made using apples collected from small and privately owned orchards accross the Somerset levels. Often the trees are hard to identify and the fruit unknown, blended together it produces a rich full bodied cider which may vary from batch to batch. Our guatantee is that wherever it comes from it will be a great tasting traditional still farmhouse cider!

Hazy orange gold with no head and tart, funky apples on the nose. Dry apple taste with acidity and a dry finish. I imagine the sweet-dry barometer on this varies from batch to batch, this was pretty damn dry!

Cromwell's Tap House, Shrewsbury. 24th May 2024, Cider and Sausage Fest, shared half-pint from a box. Traditional cider without anything else thrown in, pretty sweet for a 'Medium'.

Box @ Bailey Head. Misty bright gold appearance. Funky wild aroma. Good furry tannin from the off, pure natural orchard fruit with quite a characterful acidic bite. Interesting, decent.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, acetic funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, sourish, apple, fruity, fleshy, with some orchardy funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
