A bone dry, effervescent Brut IPA, liberally hopped with Sabro and Cascade. Light bodied, yet with complex flavours of zesty satsuma, creamy coconut and punchy grapefruit, followed up with a crisp finish.

Can sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Gluten Free. Amber gold colour, bubbly white head and aroma of malt, grain, bread, zesty citrus, floral hints, hop. Taste is malty, grain, coconut hint, some citrus, grapefruit, pine, with resinous hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy creamy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A mostly clear bright yellow coloured pour with a loose sticky white head. Aroma is sabro , green citrus, little buttery, zesty, berady grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, buttery, creamy coconut, white grape, grassy bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, firm bitterness, moderate carbonation. Good.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, defo not bone dry chaps, have you tried some of this Belgo nonsense? Good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, a thin but pleasing creamy sweetness. Good choice of hops, the Cascade proving a good bright tangerine mandarin with a light pith. The Sabro really tops this one off, bright but ripe pineapple and a light crisp coconut vibe. Finishes light and crisp with just a touch of that Brut grapey vibe. Nice Brut. Viva Brut!

The elusive Brut IPA found hiding at the appropriately named Hop Hideout in Sheffield. Drank from the can so the appearance was elusive as well. Aroma of earthy citrus. Taste is equally earthy mixed tropical fruit, very dry finish. Interesting enough for me to wonder why this style is critically endangered.

Can. Mitchellโs Wines. Hazed yellow. Sticky thin foam. Not getting this. Oaty and creamy from the Sabro. Body is ok. Maybe a bit greasy. Lingering bitterness.

Foamy white head on a murky dull golden coloured body. Zesty, medicinal & citrussy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth, soft & cloying on the back. Weed, onion, medicinal, orange & chalky tastes with a bitter citrus & white wine finish. Sounds a crap review but actually a very good beer.
