Can from HoTM. Pours clear gold with white foam. Aroma: sweet malt, grains, bread. Taste: light to moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, towards dry on the palate. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation. OK.

Keg at Heist Brew Taproom, ratebeer Sheffield mini-gathering 04Mar2023. Gluten Free. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of malt, grain. Taste is malt, grain, biscuit, straw, grassy, with some citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry biscuity bitter finish. Quite OK

Can. Mitchell’s Wines Sheffield. Clear gold. Decent white foam stays the course. Nose has semi sweet malt. Little bit of cardboard. Touch of hop spice. Taste is fairly sweet. Not a great deal happening really. Light body with plenty of carbonation. Short dry-ish finish. Ok.

Keg at Ply Bar, Manchester. Mid- to dark gold with a slight haze. A swirl of white head and lots of lacing. Gluey resinous malty smell with a bit of vanilla and lemon. Sweet taste with an agreeable hoppy spiciness. Hop bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. A difficult style to pull off but this one is pretty decent.
