Aspall Cyder is made in the Aspall house style by blending culinary and bittersweet apple varieties such as cox and russet to deliver the refreshing, crisp taste of just-bitten apples. A new mid-strength cider for all occasions. Delivering the refreshing, crisp taste of just-bitten apples with a light to medium body.

Draft @ Barge East for the Sunday Roast.
Couleur dorée/pâle, pas de col.
Cidre anglais plaisant avec un bouquet clairement sur un côté pomme verte, fraichement mordue, finement acerbe, crisp avec une petite pointe adoucie en fin de bouche et une effervescence moyenne/haute.
Léger et rafraichisant.

On tap at Little Island brewery, Singapore (ridiculous price! Aud 20!). Nose is apple, clear cider, thin ring on top. Zero carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body, easy drinking. Finish is lingering apple core. That's it, 20 bucks gone!

Draught at Sheffield Tap, Ratebeer Sheffield mini-gathering 04Mar2023. Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of light apple. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some skin, and dry acidity. Light bodied, medium carbonation, drying fruity apple finish. Quite drinkable
