Cinnamon aroma and flavor. Malty sweet. The cinnamon is dominant and ruins the balance of this beer. Thin to medium bodied. I don’t like it.

Clear brown beer, light tan head. Semi crisp beer. Smooth malt and what must be ginger? Smooth ginger dominates before fading in to a crisp dry finish with a little hop peeping through.

33cl, 9months past expiration date.
A reddish color. Little head, gone quickly. Smells like very ripe bananas. Quite flat taste, little burnt malt, slightly sweet. Practically no aftertaste, just a little sweetness. Not very keen to try this again.

Bottle. A real christmas beer (I saved a bottle). Nice purple brownish colour, off white head. Aroma of spices, cloves, dark fruits. Flavour of christmas spices, some sour dark fruits, a little medicinal aftertaste.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a lacing white head. Perfumed and light spiced. Flavour holds more of that same perfumed floral notes. Sweet and light maltbase in addition. Shows a persisting floral finish with a light bitterness.

300 ml bottle. Light brown/dark red body with a small beige head. Aroma is spicy, like a Christmas cake. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, cloce, cardamom, ginger and some kind of bitterness. It’s a lot of Christmas in this beer.
