Bottle (best before 15/09/07): Slightly hazy, rather quickly collapsing white head, lazy carbonation, pale golden; distinctive sourish fruity nose (green apples); sharp sourish flavour with a very faint sweetness, not too light bodied; apples and lemons in the dry, sour, tart and slightly sweetish finish. Good suff, better than many "commercial" examples of the Gueuze-family. What a pity.........

Bottle (thanks a lot Roman!). Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Sour, fruity aroma with some lemon. Wonderful sour flavor with citrus (a lot of lemon). More lemony flavor towards the finish. Light to medium body and very refreshing. Great! Great! Great!

Super Bier!! Bottle: Poured a clear golden color with a bubbly foamy head. The aroma has a acidic citrus aroma and a almost berry smell also. The taste is sour citrus and carbonated. Leaves the palate tingly.

Bottle. Unclear light light yellow color with a average fizzy fair lacing fully diminishing white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light to moderate acidic / lemony. Initial flavor is light sweet and light to moderate acidic, finish flavor is light sweet and acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

a very light pale yellow, with a SHARP light hop, Sharp WOW citric sour. Very lemony very drying. Its almost as if some one has made a Very light clean lager using pure lemon juice in stead of water. This works real well for me, but not for the whole 330ml bottle. Its not an easy drink, but it is lovely for its sharp tangy mouth puckering brain buzzing citric punch. Im lead to believe its often drunk with a swet syrup added, but well worth trying without.

After 3250 ratings, this is my second Berliner Weisse. Very pale hazy yellow color, not much head. Rubbery, wheaty nose. Sourish, fruity, lemony flavor - good nice nip there. Wheaty notes in the aftertaste. Tasty example of this difficult style.

Bottle at Kookfest 06. My last style I need. Pale gold, thin white head. Sour aroma, lemon, bit of farmyard. Very sour in mouth, bit more lemon. Sour finish. Bit one dimensional, but overall pretty nice.
