This DIPA is a journey through Nelson Sauvin, a hop which we think brings oodles of complexity and breadth to any beer it's in. The base of this beer is made up of pilsner malt, oats and wheat to bring a lavish, creamy body. Nelson was used on the hot and cold side and it brings soft, waxy bitterness with a herbal, resinous fruit character bouncing with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, smooth and refreshingly bitter with a zippy burst of lime peel at the very end.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 01/12/2023 white grape and gooseberry, melon, some pine needles, deep substantial malty mouthfeel and body, piney bitter hoppy finish. Nice one.

Can in the evening sun, with Barbara and Mariska, 26th May 2023. Pours yellow with a deep haze. Aroma is spicy, grapes and citrus. Taste is full on Nelson, grapes, lots of spices, good bitter bite, smooth and great on flavour

[ As Track Sea Of Stars ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky - muddy matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - oat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, stone fruit, gooseberry, grapes, potato water - earthy touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, wheat - oat, gooseberry, grapes, hops bitter, earthy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can @ Find your own beats. Pours hazy Golden orange with a White head. White Wine, berries and gazoline. Dank and dry with a touch of chalky yeast. Smooth and dry.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. The Nelson Saving hops present as spicy and quite savoury here, not a skunky savoury though. Smooth pine and there is a floral gooseberry note on the back end. However that classic winey vibe is missing for the most part. Not really tasted that winey vibe for a decade plus now, not an issue for Track. Overall a pretty decent dipa.

Can. Opaque brownish orange with around a cm of white head. Fabulous, vibrant aroma of gooseberry, white grapes, lawn clippings, somewhat chewed crackers. Slightly chalky texture. Lush fruity Nelson Sauvin flavours lean thinner and pithier until they are almost mean at the fairly bitter end.

440ml can @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweetish, intensely tropical fruity and grapey with some vinous notes, loads of hops, pine and citrus, some bitterness in the finish. Nice one.
