Bottle @ Home, trade with Ascalja and Rotin, huge thanks ! Pours black with a small fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, light vanilla, oak, light bourbon. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla, wood, oak, bourbon, alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. 130426

Bottle. Color: Black, very thin and fast disappearing brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, Whisky. Taste: A nice mix of roasted malt, Whisky, vanilla notes, boozy notes, almond, hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Full body, low carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, over moderate bitterness. Very nice slow sipper.

Med-full bod, low to none carbo. Med warmth, med bitter, med-light sweet. Lots of choco and dried fruits, but overall feels rather simple, thinnish rellative to what it is. GBNG.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours oily black with a small, creamy tan head. Heavily sweet with notes of gooey chocolate, dark sugars, raisins, dark fruits, aged berries, some red wine. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, somewhat sticky, more rich dark sugars, booze, raisins, well toasted marshmallows. Hearty gear. Very tasty.

Rated at BeerGeek Bar. Soft, sweetish and slightly roasty with some oak, vanilla, whisky, toffee and syrup, hints of chocolate and warming alcohol. Smooth but quite intense.

Draught at BeerGek Bar 9th anniversary. Black, opaque. AROMA- alcohol and whiskey, roasted malts, chocolate. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, bitter, whiskey, liquid chocolate, pralines. Full, oily body. Amazing.

The eleventh one for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Ketmakár's: all you need is the Tree of Life... Bottle 0.375l, more than two and half years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- roasted, pralines, dark chocolate, whiskey. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, quite warming, whiskey, roasted, alcohol. Full a bit oily body.
Not so great as at BeerGeek Bar I'm afraid.

Black with thin caramel coloured head. Aroma and flavour are packed with sweet Bourbon. Still, there's a solid roasted bitterness too. Silky, oily texture. Warming. Sublime.

From the tank at the brewery a couple of times already hah (huge thanks Michal & Rafa!), last time with Johanne, Kim & Ryan. Blackish body, not much head. Full aroma, huge carob notes, caramel, chocolate, sweetish and full. Soft, sweet taste, chocolate, light carob, some barrel notes, umami andl ight alcohol, well integrated in the taste. This one turned out very nice!
