Wild ale w którym bazą był klasyczny Flanders red ale fermentowany blendem drożdży i bakterii. Leżakowany przez 3 lata w dębowych beczkach po winie. Przed rozlewem piwo spędziło 5 miesięcy w towarzystwie świeżo zebranych polskich czarnych porzeczek. W aromacie i smaku znajdziemy sporo owocowości przeplatanej nutami funky i owoców leśnych, a to wszystko zakończone kwaśno-cierpkim czystym finiszem.
Zasyp: słody jęczmienne: pilzneński, monachijski, karmelowy, pszenica niesłodowana
Chmiel: mieszanka starzonych chmieli odmian europejskich
Drożdże: blend dzikich drożdży
Dodatki: owoce czarnej porzeczki

Vintage 2023. Czerwono-rozowa barwa, bardzo metne, od razu czuje sie w nosie owoce i liscie porzeczki swiezo zerwane z krzaczka. Kwasne i cierpkie, sciagajace, mocno alkoholowe. Wyraziste, deser wytrawny, mocno owocowo kwasny. bardzo dobre.

Bottled 375ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Red/amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, blackcurrant and some odd beetroot nose. Blackcurrant, tannins, fruits and sour finish. Not bad at all.

0.375 bottle from Base Camp, shared with Ogi and Hrabren. Murky red-purple, off-white head. Pleasant soft light lean earthy blackcurrant aroma, bit wild. Lean dry, flat taste, tannins, light blackcurrant, touch of wildness again, salty. Simple, light, tasty, bit expensive, but solid stuff!

0.375 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and Marko. Dark amber to ruby red. Intense fruity and vinous nose, dark cherry, red currant, black currant. Quite funky, spice, intense nutmed, some almond, dark fruit skins. Medium body, soft fizzy carbonation, intense but not harsh puckering sourness. Juicy, red fruit, red and black currant aroma. Not too complex. Moderate finish.
