Modern hazy IPAs are typically made with ale yeasts for the rich and potent tropical fruit esters they contribute, that work alongside citrusy, dank, or tropical flavours from hops. Cold IPAs use larger yeasts that contribute very little to the flavour of the beer, and are fermented colder, helping us access and feature new flavours from familiar hop combinations. This beer is a collaboration with our adventurous, Berlin-based pals, Fuerst Wiacek and was brewed to put all the spotlight on the hops, leading to a deep and punchy hop flavour that is full of citrus, grapefruit and pine.

Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild caramel tones. Flavour is caramel, some fruity, mild wooden, nectary and some slight grassy tones to it.

On tap at Cloudwater. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Citrus, dank, some grassy notes. Smooth with bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pretty clear yellow. Garlicy vegetal hops, pungent, sweetish, bitter finish.

Keg at Cloudwater taproom, Bermondsey, London. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit taste, aroma is quite similar. Pleasant enough IPA.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is dry fruity malts. Flavor is dry fruity malts with a hoppy finish. Decent.

Keg at Cloudwater London. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Moderately sweet, pretty clean, lightly floral. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, light warmth, citrus rind. Very nice.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2023. Murky yellow body, white head. Fresh aroma, jelly and grapefruit mostly. Dry taste, big grapefruit, fruit in general again, fruit jelly touches again in a way. Smooth, drinkable, simple but pretty lovely. One of the best Warm IPL's I'd had so far!

Can at home. A translcuent golden yellow straw colooured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is crisp dry lemon, watermoeelow, mangow, crisp. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, grains, lemon rind, super crisp, grainy,. lime. Palate is semi swet, creamy, highish carbonation.
